4. Purchase Order (PO) Insurance Requirement

To qualify for Net Terms (Net 15 / Net 30) or bulk wholesale orders, buyers must either maintain their own purchase order insurance or choose Nektira’s internal coverage option to protect the company from loss in case of nonpayment.

Option 1 – Buyer-Provided Policy:

• Buyer provides a valid Purchase Order Credit Insurance Policy covering total open orders.
• Must include protection for buyer nonpayment, insolvency, bankruptcy, or default beyond agreed payment terms.
• Proof Required: Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming Nektira LLC as beneficiary.

Option 2 – Nektira In-House Coverage:

• Buyer may select Nektira’s in-house coverage for a 5% fee added to each PO total.
• This ensures Nektira is protected if payment terms are not met.
• Selecting this option automatically satisfies all PO insurance requirements.

5. Co-Branding Option (Optional)

Nektira offers qualified wholesale partners the opportunity to co-brand select coffee or tea lines under their own label with Nektira branding.
Co-Branding Fee: 1% of each co-branded order’s total invoice value.
Includes shared branding rights, co-label printing, and inclusion in Nektira’s partner features.
All co-branding designs must be pre-approved by Nektira’s marketing team.

7. Legal Acknowledgment & Agreement

By signing this form, the applicant acknowledges and agrees to:
1. Nektira’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Wholesale Agreement, available at www.nektira.com/legal.
2. All local, state, and federal laws governing the resale and distribution of food or beverage products.
3. Provide accurate, current information and notify Nektira of any changes to business status, ownership, or insurance coverage.
4. Permit Nektira to verify creditworthiness and review submitted documentation before account approval.
5. Abide by Nektira’s brand guidelines, resale conditions, and minimum advertised pricing (MAP) policies.
